摘 要
重金属离子废水对环境和人类健康构成严重威胁,传统处理方法存在效率低、成本高、二次污染等问题,膜分离技术凭借高效、环保等优势成为重金属离子废水处理的研究热点。本研究旨在探讨膜分离技术在重金属离子废水处理中的最新进展,通过查阅大量文献资料并结合实验研究,分析了微滤、超滤、纳滤、反渗透等不同类型膜分离技术的原理、特点及其在重金属离子废水处理中的应用情况。结果表明,微滤可有效去除较大颗粒杂质为后续处理做准备;超滤能截留大分子有机物与部分重金属络合物;纳滤对二价及以上重金属离子有较高截留率且能耗相对较低;反渗透几乎可以完全截留重金属离子但成本较高。

Abstract
Heavy me tal ion wastewater poses a serious threat to the environment and human health, and traditional treatment methods have problems such as low efficiency, high cost and secondary pollution. Membrane separation technology has become a research hotspot of heavy me tal ion wastewater treatment with its advantages of high efficiency and environmental protection. The purpose of this study is to explore the latest progress of membrane separation technology in the treatment of heavy me tal ion wastewater. By consulting a large number of literature and combining with experimental research, we analyze the principles and characteristics of different types of membrane separation technology such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis and their application in the treatment of heavy me tal ion wastewater. The results show that microfiltration can effectively remove large particle impurities to prepare for subsequent treatment; ultrafiltration can intercept macromolecular organic matter and some heavy me tal complex; nanofiltration has high interception rate of bivalent and above heavy me tal ions and relatively low energy consumption; reverse osmosis can almost completely intercept heavy me tal ions but the cost is high.
