摘 要
含油废水处理是环境保护领域的重要课题,传统处理技术在效率和成本方面存在诸多局限。磁混凝技术作为一种新型高效水处理技术,具有快速沉降、高效分离等优点,在含油废水处理中展现出巨大潜力。本研究旨在系统评估磁混凝技术在含油废水处理中的应用效果,通过实验室模拟实验与现场应用相结合的方式,考察不同操作条件下磁混凝技术对石油类污染物的去除效果。实验采用正交设计方法,选取pH值、磁粉投加量、助凝剂种类及投加量作为主要影响因素,以石油类污染物去除率为评价指标,确定了最优工艺参数组合为:pH值7.5、磁粉投加量100 mg/L、PAM投加量2 mg/L。在此条件下,石油类污染物去除率可达95%以上,显著优于传统混凝沉淀法。

Abstract
Oily wastewater treatment is an important topic in the field of environmental protection, and the traditional treatment technology has many limitations in efficiency and cost. As a new type of high efficiency water treatment technology, magnetic coagulation technology has the advantages of rapid settlement and efficient separation, and shows great potential in the treatment of oily wastewater. The purpose of this study is to systematically evaluate the application effect of magnetic coagulation technology in oily wastewater treatment, and to investigate the removal effect of magnetic coagulation technology on petroleum pollutants under different operating conditions through the combination of laboratory simulation experiments and field application. In the experiment, the orthogonal design method was adopted, the pH value, magnetic powder dosage, type and coagulant dosage were selected as the main influencing factors, and the removal rate of petroleum pollutants as the evaluation index, the optimal process parameters were determined: pH value 7.5, magnetic powder addition 100 mg/L, and PAM addition 2 mg / L. Under this condition, the removal rate of petroleum pollutants can reach more than 95%, which is significantly better than the traditional coagulation and precipitation method.
