摘 要
随着现代制造业的快速发展,机械制造行业对产品质量和生产效率的要求日益提高,传统检测手段已难以满足需求。为此,本研究聚焦自动化检测系统在机械制造中的应用,旨在通过引入先进的自动化检测技术提升机械制造的质量控制水平与生产效率。基于此目的,采用文献分析法梳理自动化检测系统的理论基础与发展现状,结合案例分析法深入探讨其在机械制造不同环节的具体应用形式,如尺寸精度检测、表面质量检测等,并利用实验对比法验证自动化检测系统的有效性。研究发现,自动化检测系统能够实现高精度、高速度的检测,显著降低人为误差,提高检测效率和准确性,为优化生产流程提供可靠依据。

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry, the requirements of the machinery manufacturing industry for product quality and production efficiency are increasing day by day, and the traditional testing means have been difficult to meet the demand. To this end, this study focuses on the application of automatic testing system in mechanical manufacturing, aiming to improve the quality control level and production efficiency of mechanical manufacturing by introducing advanced automatic testing technology. Based on this purpose, the literature analysis method is adopted to sort out the theoretical basis and development status of the automatic detection system, and to deeply discuss the specific application forms of the case analysis method in different links of mechanical manufacturing, such as size precision detection, surface quality detection, etc., and use the experimental comparison method to verify the effectiveness of the automatic detection system. It is found that the automatic detection system can realize high precision and high speed detection, significantly reduce the human error, improve the detection efficiency and accuracy, and provide a reliable basis for optimizing the production process.
