摘 要
随着现代制造业的快速发展,数控机床作为机械制造领域的重要装备,其应用与优化成为提升生产效率和产品质量的关键。本文旨在探讨数控机床在机械制造中的应用现状及优化策略,通过分析当前数控机床技术的发展趋势,结合实际生产需求,提出基于智能化、网络化和集成化的优化方案。研究采用文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,对国内外相关研究成果进行系统梳理,并选取典型企业为样本进行实地调研。结果表明,通过引入智能感知技术、建立数字化车间管理系统以及优化加工工艺参数,能够显著提高数控机床的运行效率和加工精度。特别是将物联网技术应用于数控机床监控管理,实现了设备状态实时监测与故障预警,有效降低了非计划停机时间。

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry, CNC machine tool as an important equipment in the field of machinery manufacturing, its application and optimization has become the key to improve the production efficiency and product quality. This paper aims to explore the application status and optimization strategy of CNC machine tool in mechanical manufacturing, by analyzing the current development trend of CNC machine tool technology, combined with the actual production demand, put forward the optimization scheme based on intelligence, network and integration. The research adopts the method of combining literature review and case analysis to systematically sort out the relevant research results at home and abroad, and selects typical enterprises as samples for field research. The results show that the operation efficiency and machining accuracy of CNC machine tools can be significantly improved by introducing intelligent sensing technology, establishing the digital workshop management system and optimizing the processing process parameters. In particular, the Internet of Things technology is applied to the monitoring and management of CNC machine tools to realize the real-time monitoring of equipment status and fault warning, and effectively reduce the unplanned downtime.
