摘 要
随着环境问题日益严峻，企业作为环境污染的主要源头之一，在环境法框架下明确其环保责任具有紧迫性和必要性。本研究旨在探讨环境法框架下企业环保责任的界定与实践路径，以期为完善相关法律制度提供理论支持并为企业履行环保责任提供实践指导。通过文献分析、案例研究等方法，梳理国内外关于企业环保责任的相关规定及实践经验，剖析当前我国企业在环保责任方面存在的诸如责任边界模糊、执行力度不足等问题。研究发现，环境法应从立法层面构建系统的企业环保责任体系，涵盖预防、治理、修复等多环节的责任内容，并且要强化对企业环境行为的事前、事中、事后监管，确保责任落实到位。创新点在于将企业环保责任细化到具体业务流程中，提出基于全生命周期管理理念的企业环保责任模式，这不仅有助于提高企业自身环境管理水平，还能促进整个社会环境治理体系的优化，对推动绿色可持续发展有着积极意义。

Abstract
As environmental issues become increasingly severe, it is urgent and necessary to clarify the environmental responsibilities of enterprises, one of the primary sources of environmental pollution, within the fr amework of environmental law. This study aims to explore the definition and practical pathways of corporate environmental responsibility under environmental law, providing theoretical support for improving relevant legal systems and offering practical guidance for enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibilities. By employing methods such as literature analysis and case studies, this research examines domestic and international regulations and practical experiences concerning corporate environmental responsibility, analyzing existing problems in China, such as ambiguous responsibility boundaries and insufficient enforcement. The findings indicate that environmental law should establish a systematic corporate environmental responsibility system at the legislative level, encompassing responsibilities across prevention, management, and restoration stages, while strengthening pre-event, mid-event, and post-event supervision of corporate environmental behaviors to ensure the effective implementation of responsibilities. An innovation of this study lies in detailing corporate environmental responsibility within specific business processes and proposing a corporate environmental responsibility model based on the concept of full life cycle management. This not only enhances corporate environmental management but also promotes the optimization of the entire societal environmental governance system, contributing positively to green and sustainable development.

Abstract
