社会工作在社区心理健康服务中的角色与作用 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着社会转型加速，社区居民心理健康问题日益凸显，成为影响社会稳定和民众福祉的重要因素。研究表明，社会工作者凭借专业优势，在心理危机干预、预防教育、资源整合等方面发挥着不可替代的作用，不仅为个体提供心理支持，还推动了社区整体心理健康环境的构建。创新之处在于首次系统梳理了社会工作介入社区心理健康的多元模式，提出了“预防-干预-跟踪”三位一体的服务框架，强调跨部门协作和社会资本动员的重要性。研究发现，社会工作能够有效弥补传统医疗模式的不足，通过建立信任关系、倡导自助互助理念，显著提升了社区居民的心理健康水平和服务满意度。本研究为完善我国社区心理健康服务体系提供了理论依据和实践参考，对促进社会治理创新具有重要意义。

Abstract

With the acceleration of social transformation, the mental health problem of community residents has become increasingly prominent, and has become an important factor affecting social stability and people's well-being. Research shows that social workers, with their professional advantages, play an irreplaceable role in psychological crisis intervention, prevention education, resource integration, etc., which not only provides psychological support for individuals, but also promotes the construction of the overall mental health environment in the community. The innovation lies in the first systematic review of the multiple modes of social work intervention in community mental health, and the three-in-one service fr amework of "prevention - intervention - tracking" is proposed, emphasizing the importance of cross-departmental collaboration and social capital mobilization. The study found that social work can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the traditional medical model, and significantly improve the mental health level and service satisfaction of community residents by establishing a trusting relationship and advocating the concept of self-help and mutual assistance. This study provides theoretical basis and practical reference for improving China's community mental health service system, and has important significance for promoting social governance innovation.
