流动儿童教育困境与社会工作介入路径研究

摘    要

随着我国城市化进程的加速,大量农村人口涌入城市,其子女即流动儿童随之进入城市生活与学习,但他们在教育方面面临诸多困境。结果表明,流动儿童在教育资源获取、学业成绩、心理状态等方面存在明显劣势,且面临着户籍制度限制、家庭经济条件差、父母教育水平低等多方面因素的影响。创新性地将社会工作专业理念与方法引入流动儿童教育问题解决中,提出构建政府主导下的多方协同机制,包括整合社区资源提供课外辅导、心理支持等服务;加强家校合作促进家长参与孩子教育过程;建立志愿者服务体系为流动儿童提供更多帮助。这不仅丰富了社会工作理论在特定群体中的应用实践,也为缓解流动儿童教育困境提供了切实可行的新思路,对推动教育公平具有重要意义。

Abstract

With the acceleration of China's urbanization, a large number of rural population is pouring into the city, and their children, floating children, have subsequently entered the city to live and study, but they face many difficulties in education. The results show that migrant children have obvious disadvantages in access to educational resources, academic performance and psychological state, and are affected by many factors such as the restriction of household registration system, poor family economic conditions and low education level of parents. It innovatively introduces the professional concept and method of social work into solving the education problems of migrant children, and proposes to build a multi-party collaborative mechanism under the leadership of the government, including integrating community resources to provide after-school tutoring, psychological support and other services; Strengthen home-school cooperation to promote parents' participation in children's education process; Establish a volunteer service system to provide more help to migrant children. This not only enrichis the application practice of social work theory in specific groups, but also provides a practical and feasible new idea for alleviating the educational plight of migrant children, which is of great significance for promoting educational equity.
