个案管理在青少年行为偏差矫正中的应用研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着社会快速发展，青少年行为偏差问题日益凸显，不仅影响个体健康成长，也给家庭和社会带来诸多挑战。本研究选取具有代表性的30名存在不同程度行为偏差的青少年作为研究对象，运用个案管理理念，制定个性化干预方案并实施为期一年的跟踪服务。研究发现，个案管理模式能够有效整合多方面资源，为青少年提供持续、全面的支持，显著改善了他们的行为表现，在情绪调节、人际关系处理等方面取得明显进步。该研究为完善我国青少年行为偏差矫正工作提供了新思路和实证依据，对促进青少年健康发展具有重要现实意义。

Abstract

With the rapid development of society, the problem of adolescent behavior deviation has become increasingly prominent, which not only affects the healthy growth of individuals, but also brings many challenges to the family and society. In this study, 30 representative adolescents with different degrees of behavior deviation were selected as the research ob jects, and personalized intervention programs were developed and one-year follow-up services were implemented by using the concept of case management. The study found that the case management model can effectively integrate various resources, provide continuous and comprehensive support for adolescents, significantly improve their behavior, and make significant progress in emotional regulation and interpersonal relationship processing. This study provides a new idea and empirical basis for improving the correction of adolescent behavior deviation in China, and has important practical significance for promoting the healthy development of adolescents.
