摘 要
随着社会的发展，残障人士社区融入成为亟待解决的社会问题。本研究旨在构建残障人士社区融入的社会工作支持体系，以提升其生活质量和社会参与度。基于社会融合理论与增能理论，通过文献分析、问卷调查及访谈法，选取多个典型社区进行深入调研，获取大量一手数据资料。结果显示，当前残障人士在社区融入过程中面临诸多障碍，如无障碍设施不完善、社会偏见严重等。为此，创新性地提出从政策保障、专业服务供给、社会环境营造三个维度构建支持体系。政策保障方面，倡导制定专门法规政策确保残障人士权益；专业服务供给上，强调培养专业社工人才，提供个性化康复训练、心理辅导等服务；社会环境营造则注重消除歧视观念，开展多元包容文化活动。该体系的构建不仅为残障人士社区融入提供了系统化解决方案，还填补了国内此领域研究空白，对推动我国残障事业进步具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the development of society, the community integration of the disabled has become an urgent social problem. The aim of this study is to build a social work support system for community integration of people with disabilities, so as to improve their quality of life and social participation. Based on social integration theory and empowerment theory, through literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, several typical communities were selected for in-depth investigation, and a large number of first-hand data were obtained. The results show that people with disabilities face many obstacles in the process of community integration, such as imperfect barrier-free facilities and serious social prejudice. Therefore, the paper innovatively proposes to construct a support system from three dimensions: policy guarantee, professional service supply and social environment creation. In terms of policy protection, it advocates the formulation of special laws and policies to ensure the rights and interests of people with disabilities; In the supply of professional services, emphasis is placed on training professional social workers, providing personalized rehabilitation training, psychological counseling and other services; The construction of social environment focuses on eliminating the concept of discrimination and carrying out diverse and inclusive cultural activities. The construction of this system not only provides a systematic solution for the integration of disabled people in the community, but also fills the gap in domestic research in this field, which is of great significance to promote the progress of the cause of disabled people in China.
