摘 要
本研究针对海洋塑料污染现状进行了深入探讨,并提出了相应的治理方案。随着全球塑料产量的急剧增加,海洋塑料污染问题日益严峻,对生态环境及人类健康构成严重威胁。本研究旨在通过系统分析,明确污染现状,为有效治理提供科学依据。我们采用了实地考察、数据收集与文献综述相结合的方法,对全球多个海域的塑料污染情况进行了详细调查。结果显示,海洋塑料污染已呈全球化趋势,微型塑料及纳米塑料的广泛存在对海洋生物造成了极大危害。基于此,我们提出了包括加强塑料废弃物管理、推广生物降解塑料、提高公众环保意识等在内的综合治理方案。本研究的创新点在于对微型塑料和纳米塑料污染的深入剖析,以及对治理策略的多元化探讨。主要贡献在于为全球海洋塑料污染治理提供了切实可行的建议,有助于推动相关环保政策的制定与实施。

Abstract
This study conducted an in-depth exploration of the current situation of marine plastic pollution and proposed corresponding management solutions. With the dramatic increase in global plastic production, the issue of marine plastic pollution has become increasingly severe, posing a significant threat to the ecological environment and human health. Through systematic analysis, this research aims to clarify the current status of pollution and provide a scientific basis for effective management. We employed a combination of field investigations, data collection, and literature reviews to conduct a detailed investigation of plastic pollution in multiple ocean areas worldwide. The results indicate that marine plastic pollution has shown a global trend, and the widespread presence of microplastics and nanoplastics poses significant harm to marine life. Based on these findings, we propose a comprehensive management plan that includes strengthening plastic waste management, promoting biodegradable plastics, and raising public awareness of environmental protection. The innovation of this study lies in the deep analysis of microplastic and nanoplastic pollution, as well as the diverse exploration of management strategies. Its main contribution is providing practical suggestions for global marine plastic pollution control, which helps promote the formulation and implementation of related environmental protection policies.
