本研究旨在深入探讨城市空气质量改善策略及其实践效果。随着城市化进程的加速,空气污染问题日益严峻,对城市居民的健康与生活质量构成严重威胁。为此,我们综合运用了环境监测技术、数据分析方法以及政策评估工具,对多项空气质量改善策略进行了全面考察。研究首先梳理了国内外空气质量治理的先进经验,结合我国城市的具体情况,提出了包括优化能源结构、提升工业污染治理水平、加强机动车尾气排放控制、推广绿色出行等在内的多元化改善策略。随后,通过实地监测与数据收集,对策略实施前后的空气质量指数进行了对比分析,结果显示,在综合施策的城市区域,空气质量得到显著提升,其中细颗粒物和二氧化氮等主要污染物的浓度均有所下降。此外,研究还创新性地引入了居民满意度调查,从公众感知角度评估了空气质量改善的实际效果,发现居民对空气质量提升的感知与客观监测数据基本吻合,进一步验证了改善策略的有效性。本研究不仅为城市空气质量治理提供了科学依据,也为相关政策的制定和调整提供了重要参考,对于推动城市可持续发展和保障居民健康具有重要意义。

Abstract 
This study aims to delve into the strategies for improving urban air quality and their practical effects. With the acceleration of urbanization, the issue of air pollution has become increasingly severe, posing a significant threat to the health and quality of life of urban residents. To this end, we comprehensively utilized environmental monitoring technology, data analysis methods, and policy evaluation tools to conduct a comprehensive investigation of various air quality improvement strategies. Initially, the study reviewed advanced experiences in air quality management both domestically and internationally. Taking into account the specific conditions of Chinese cities, we proposed diversified improvement strategies, including optimizing energy structure, enhancing industrial pollution control, strengthening vehicle emission regulations, and promoting green travel. Subsequently, through field monitoring and data collection, a comparative analysis was conducted on the Air Quality Index (AQI) before and after the implementation of these strategies. The results indicated a notable improvement in air quality in the areas where comprehensive measures were implemented, with a decrease in the concentration of major pollutants such as fine particulate matter and nitrogen dioxide. Additionally, the study innovatively introduced a resident satisfaction survey to evaluate the actual effects of air quality improvement from the perspective of public perception. It was found that residents' perception of air quality improvement aligned with ob jective monitoring data, further validating the effectiveness of the improvement strategies. This research not only provides a scientific basis for urban air quality management but also offers an important reference for the formulation and adjustment of related policies, thereby playing a significant role in promoting sustainable urban development and ensuring residents' health.
