摘 要
本研究旨在探讨银杏叶黄酮含量的季节性变化。通过采集不同季节的银杏叶片,并运用高效液相色谱法对其黄酮含量进行定量分析。结果显示,银杏叶中黄酮含量随季节变化呈现显著差异,其中秋季黄酮含量最高,春季次之,夏季相对较低。本研究创新性地结合了气象数据与黄酮含量变化,发现温度、光照等环境因素对黄酮积累有显著影响。这一发现为银杏叶资源的合理利用提供了科学依据,有助于指导采收时间的确定,从而提高银杏叶的药用价值。本研究不仅揭示了银杏叶黄酮含量的季节性变化规律,也为中药材的质量控制提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the seasonal variation in the flavonoid content of Ginkgo biloba leaves. Ginkgo leaves were collected in different seasons and quantified for their flavonoids content by HPLC. The results showed that the flavonoids content in ginkgo biloba showed varied different, with the highest in autumn, followed in spring and relatively low in summer. This study innovatively combined meteorological data with flavonoid content changes and found that environmental factors such as temperature and light had significant effects on flavonoid accumulation. This finding provides a scientific basis for the rational utilization of ginkgo biloba resources and helps to guide the determination of harvest time, thus improving the medicinal value of ginkgo biloba leaves. This study not only reveals the seasonal variation of flavonoids content in Ginkgo biloba, but also provides new ideas and methods for the quality control of TCM.
