摘 要
本研究以跨界合作为切入点,探讨其对提升企业竞争力的影响机制与效果。基于资源基础理论和动态能力理论,构建了跨界合作与企业竞争力的理论模型,采用问卷调查法收集了312家企业的有效数据,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究发现:跨界合作通过知识共享、资源整合和创新协同三个中介变量显著提升企业竞争力;不同行业和规模的企业在跨界合作效果上存在显著差异,其中高新技术企业和大型企业的受益更为明显;跨界合作的深度和广度对企业竞争力的影响呈现倒U型关系,适度的跨界合作能够最大化提升企业竞争力。本研究的创新点在于揭示了跨界合作影响企业竞争力的内在机制,明确了不同类型企业在跨界合作中的差异化表现,为企业制定合理的跨界合作策略提供了理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract
This study takes cross-border cooperation as the breakthrough point to explore its influence mechanism and effect on improving the competitiveness of the enterprise. Based on the theory of resource base and dynamic capability theory, the theoretical model of cross-border cooperation and enterprise competitiveness was constructed. The effective data of 312 enterprises were collected by questionnaire survey method, and the structural equation model was used for empirical analysis. The study found that cross-border cooperation significantly enhances the competitiveness of enterprises through three intermediary variables: knowledge sharing, resource integration and innovation collaboration; different industries and scale of enterprises have significant differences in cross-border cooperation effect, among which high-tech enterprises and large enterprises benefit more obviously; the influence of cross-border cooperation on enterprise competitiveness shows inverted U-shaped relationship, and moderate cross-border cooperation can maximize the competitiveness of enterprises. The innovation point of this study is to reveal the internal mechanism of cross-border cooperation affecting the competitiveness of enterprises, clarifying the differentiated performance of different types of enterprises in cross-border cooperation, and providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to formulate reasonable cross-border cooperation strategies.
