本研究聚焦于家校合作对小学生学业成就的影响机制,采用混合研究方法,通过问卷调查、深度访谈和课堂观察收集数据,选取东部地区6所小学的1200名学生及其家长作为研究对象。研究发现,高质量的家校合作能显著提升小学生的学业成就,其中家长参与学校活动、教师与家长定期沟通、家庭学习环境营造是三个关键影响因素。研究创新性地构建了"家校互动-学习动机-学业成就"的理论模型,揭示了家校合作通过增强学生学习动机进而影响学业成就的作用路径。数据分析表明,积极参与家校合作的家长群体中,学生数学成绩平均提高12.3%,语文成绩提高9.8%。研究还发现,家校合作的效果存在显著的城乡差异和年级差异,低年级学生受益更为明显。基于实证研究结果,本文提出了优化家校合作的具体策略:建立常态化的家校沟通机制、开发家长教育课程、完善学校支持系统等。这些发现为深化基础教育改革、促进教育公平提供了重要参考,同时也为后续相关研究奠定了理论基础和实践依据。

Study on the influence of home-school cooperation on pupils' academic achievement
Abstract
This study focuses on the impact mechanism of home-school cooperation on pupil academic achievement, using mixed research methods, collecting data through questionnaires, in-depth interviews and classroom observation, and selecting 1200 students and their parents from 6 primary schools in the eastern region. The study found that high-quality home-school cooperation can significantly improve the academic achievement of primary school students, among which parents' participation in school activities, regular communication between teachers and parents, and the creation of family learning environment are the three key influencing factors. The research innovatively constructed a theoretical model of "home-school interaction-learning motivation-academic achievement", and reveals the role path of home-school cooperation to influence academic achievement by enhancing students' learning motivation. Data analysis shows that among parents who actively participate in home-school cooperation, students' math scores increased by 12.3% on average and Chinese scores increased by 9.8%. The study also found that the effect of home-school cooperation has significant urban-rural differences and grade differences, and the lower grade students benefited more significantly. Based on the empirical research results, this paper puts forward the specific strategies to optimize the home-school cooperation: establishing a normal home-school communication mechanism, developing the parent education curriculum, and improving the school support system. These findings provide an important reference for deepening the reform of basic education and promoting educational equity, and also lay a theoretical and practical basis for the subsequent relevant research.
