摘 要
随着城市化进程的加快和建筑功能需求的提升,复杂高层建筑结构日益增多,传统抗震设计方法在应对地震作用时面临诸多挑战。本文旨在探讨基于性能化设计的隔震技术在复杂高层建筑中的减震效果及其经济性表现。通过建立典型复杂高层建筑的有限元模型,结合性能化设计理论,采用非线性时程分析方法,系统评估隔震结构在不同地震动输入下的响应特征,并对比传统抗震结构的经济指标与性能表现。研究结果表明,隔震技术可显著降低结构地震响应,提升整体抗震性能,尤其在中高烈度地震作用下表现出更优的减震效果;同时,在全生命周期成本分析框架下,隔震结构在维护与震后恢复方面展现出良好的经济优势。本研究的创新点在于将性能化设计理念与隔震技术有机结合,提出了适用于复杂高层建筑的综合评价体系,为未来高层建筑抗震设计提供了理论支持与实践参考。

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing functional requirements of buildings, complex high-rise structures have become more prevalent, posing significant challenges to traditional seismic design approaches in effectively mitigating earthquake impacts. This paper aims to investigate the seismic reduction effectiveness and economic performance of isolation technology based on performance-oriented design in complex high-rise buildings. By establishing finite element models of representative complex high-rise structures and integrating performance-based design theory with nonlinear time history analysis methods, this study systematically evaluates the response characteristics of isolated structures under various seismic excitations, and compares their economic indicators and performance metrics with those of conventional seismic-resistant structures. The research findings indicate that seismic isolation technology can significantly reduce structural seismic responses and enhance overall抗震 performance, particularly demonstrating superior seismic mitigation effects under moderate to high-intensity earthquakes. Furthermore, within the fr amework of life-cycle cost analysis, isolated structures exhibit notable economic advantages in terms of maintenance and post-earthquake recovery. The innovation of this study lies in the integrated application of performance-based design principles with seismic isolation technology, proposing a comprehensive evaluation system tailored for complex high-rise buildings, thereby providing theoretical support and practical references for future seismic design of high-rise structures.
