摘 要
过程性评价作为现代教育评价体系的重要组成部分,近年来在小学教育中的应用日益受到关注。本研究基于当前小学教育评价中过于注重结果而忽视学习过程的现状,旨在探索过程性评价的具体实施策略及其对学生成长的积极作用。过程性评价能够有效促进学生的学习兴趣、自主性和合作能力,同时帮助教师及时调整教学策略以满足学生的个性化需求。本研究的创新点在于提出了“分层递进式”过程性评价模型,该模型将评价内容细化为知识掌握、技能发展和情感态度三个维度,并结合信息技术手段实现评价数据的动态采集与分析。这一模型不仅提升了评价的科学性和可操作性,还为小学教育评价改革提供了新的思路。最终结论表明,合理实施过程性评价有助于构建以学生为中心的教学模式,推动素质教育目标的实现。

Implementation Strategies of Process-Oriented Assessment in Primary Education

Abstract
As an important part of modern educational evaluation system, the application of process evaluation in primary education has attracted increasing attention in recent years. Based on the current situation that the evaluation of primary education pays too much attention to the result and neglects the learning process, this study aims to explore the specific implementation strategies of the process evaluation and its positive effect on the growth of students. Process evaluation can effectively promote students' learning interest, autonomy and cooperation ability, and help teachers adjust teaching strategies in time to meet students' individual needs. The innovation of this study lies in the proposed "hierarchical and progressive" process evaluation model, which divides the evaluation content into three dimensions: knowledge mastery, skill development and emotional attitude, and combines information technology to realize dynamic collection and analysis of evaluation data. This model not only improves the scientificity and operability of the evaluation, but also provides a new idea for the reform of primary education evaluation. The final conclusion shows that the rational implementation of process evaluation is helpful to build a student-centered teaching model and promote the realization of quality education goals.
