  家庭教养方式作为塑造幼儿行为习惯的重要因素,其影响机制已成为发展心理学领域的研究热点。本研究旨在探讨不同家庭教养方式对幼儿行为习惯的形成及其潜在作用路径,以期为家庭教育实践提供科学依据。权威型教养方式显著促进了幼儿积极行为习惯的养成,而专制型和放任型教养方式则分别与幼儿攻击性行为和自我管理能力不足相关联;忽视型教养方式对幼儿行为习惯的负面影响最为显著,表现为多维度的行为问题。此外,研究发现亲子互动质量在教养方式与幼儿行为习惯之间起到了部分中介作用,进一步揭示了家庭环境对幼儿发展的深层次影响机制。本研究的创新点在于引入了动态交互视角,强调教养方式与亲子互动的协同效应,并通过量化分析验证了这一关系。研究结果不仅深化了对家庭教养方式作用机制的理解,还为优化家庭教育策略提供了理论支持,具有重要的实践指导意义。

The Mechanism of Family Parenting Styles on Young Children's Behavioral Habits

Abstract

  As an important factor in shaping children's behavior habits, family parenting style has become a research hotspot in the field of developmental psychology. The purpose of this study is to explore the formation and potential role of different family rearing styles on children's behavior habits, in order to provide scientific basis for family education practice. Authoritative parenting style significantly promoted the formation of children's positive behavior habits, while authoritarian parenting style and lax parenting style were associated with children's aggressive behavior and inadequate self-management ability, respectively. Neglectful parenting style has the most significant negative impact on children's behavior habits, showing multi-dimensional behavior problems. In addition, the study found that the quality of parent-child interaction played a partial mediating role between parenting style and children's behavior habits, and further revealed the deep influence mechanism of family environment on children's development. The innovation of this study is to introduce a dynamic interaction perspective, emphasize the synergistic effect between parenting style and parent-child interaction, and verify this relationship through quantitative analysis. The research results not only deepen the understanding of the mechanism of family parenting style, but also provide theoretical support for optimizing family education strategies, and have important practical guiding significance.
