摘 要
随着全球食品供应链的扩展和消费者对高品质生鲜农产品需求的增加,冷链物流在保障产品质量与安全方面的重要性日益凸显。本研究以生鲜农产品冷链物流中的质量控制与保鲜技术为核心,旨在探讨如何通过优化冷链管理及应用先进保鲜技术来减少产品损耗并延长货架期。研究采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,首先梳理了国内外冷链物流的发展现状与技术瓶颈,随后构建了一套基于实时监测与反馈的质量控制体系,并引入气调保鲜、低温高湿储存等创新性技术手段。通过对典型生鲜农产品(如叶菜类、浆果类和水产品)的实际案例分析,结果表明所提出的质量控制方法能够显著降低温度波动对产品品质的影响,而结合新型保鲜技术可使产品的腐损率下降约30%,货架期延长15%-25%。此外,研究还开发了一种基于物联网的智能化监控平台,实现了对冷链物流全程的可视化管理,为行业提供了技术支持。最终结论显示,通过综合运用先进的质量控制策略与保鲜技术,可以有效提升生鲜农产品在冷链物流环节中的品质稳定性与市场竞争力,同时为实现绿色可持续的冷链物流模式奠定了基础。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了系统化的解决方案,并验证了其在实际应用中的可行性和优越性,为未来相关领域的研究和技术推广提供了重要参考。

Abstract
With the expansion of global food supply chains and the increasing demand for high-quality fresh agricultural products, the importance of cold chain logistics in ensuring product quality and safety has become increasingly prominent. This study focuses on quality control and preservation technologies in the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products, aiming to explore how optimizing cold chain management and applying advanced preservation technologies can reduce product losses and extend shelf life. By integrating theoretical analysis with empirical research, the study first reviews the current development status and technical bottlenecks of cold chain logistics both domestically and internationally. Subsequently, it constructs a quality control system based on real-time monitoring and feedback, incorporating innovative techniques such as modified atmosphere preservation and low-temperature high-humidity storage. Through case studies of typical fresh agricultural products, including leafy vegetables, berries, and aquatic products, the results demonstrate that the proposed quality control methods significantly mitigate the impact of temperature fluctuations on product quality. Furthermore, the integration of novel preservation technologies reduces product spoilage rates by approximately 30% and extends shelf life by 15%-25%. Additionally, the study develops an intelligent monitoring platform based on the Internet of Things (IoT), enabling visualized management throughout the cold chain logistics process and providing technical support for the industry. The final conclusion indicates that the comprehensive application of advanced quality control strategies and preservation technologies effectively enhances the quality stability and market competitiveness of fresh agricultural products during cold chain logistics, laying a foundation for achieving green and sustainable cold chain logistics models. The primary contribution of this study lies in proposing a systematic solution and validating its feasibility and superiority in practical applications, offering significant references for future research and technology promotion in related fields.
