摘 要:随着全球资源环境问题日益严峻,循环经济理念逐渐成为推动可持续发展的重要路径。包装废弃物作为城市固体废弃物的主要组成部分,其有效回收与处理对资源循环利用和生态环境保护具有重要意义。逆向物流作为实现包装废弃物高效回收的关键环节,目前仍面临回收效率低、成本高、系统协调性差等问题。本研究旨在从循环经济视角出发,探讨优化包装废弃物逆向物流的有效策略,以提升整体资源利用效率。通过文献分析、案例研究与系统建模相结合的方法,构建了涵盖政府、企业与消费者三方主体的协同回收模型,并引入激励机制与信息技术手段以增强系统运行效能。研究结果表明,优化后的逆向物流体系可显著提高包装废弃物的回收率与再利用率,同时降低单位回收成本。本研究的创新点在于提出了基于多方协同与数字化管理的逆向物流优化框架,为政策制定者与企业提供理论支持与实践指导。主要贡献在于将循环经济理念深度融入逆向物流系统设计中,拓展了传统回收模式的研究边界,推动了绿色供应链管理体系的发展。

Optimization Strategies for Reverse Logistics of Packaging Waste from the Perspective of Circular Economy


Abstract: With the increasing severity of global resource and environmental issues, the concept of circular economy has gradually become a crucial pathway for promoting sustainable development. As a major component of municipal solid waste, effective recycling and management of packaging waste are of great significance to resource reuse and ecological conservation. Reverse logistics, as a key element in achieving efficient recovery of packaging waste, still faces challenges such as low recycling efficiency, high costs, and poor system coordination. This study aims to explore effective strategies for optimizing reverse logistics of packaging waste from the perspective of circular economy in order to enhance overall resource utilization efficiency. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and system modeling, this research constructs a collaborative recycling model involving three main stakeholders—government, enterprises, and consumers—and introduces incentive mechanisms and information technologies to improve system performance. The results indicate that the optimized reverse logistics system can significantly increase the recycling and reutilization rates of packaging waste while reducing per-unit recycling costs. The innovation of this study lies in proposing a reverse logistics optimization fr amework based on multi-stakeholder collaboration and digital management, offering theoretical support and practical guidance for policymakers and businesses. Its main contribution is embedding the principles of circular economy deeply into the design of reverse logistics systems, thereby expanding the research boundaries of traditional recycling models and advancing the development of green supply chain management systems.
