摘 要
随着化妆品行业对高效、安全活性成分需求的不断增长,开发具有明确功效和稳定性能的新型活性物质成为研究热点。本研究以高性能化妆品活性成分为目标,通过有机合成与生物技术相结合的方法,设计并制备了一系列具有抗氧化、抗炎及皮肤修复功能的化合物。研究选取了天然植物提取物中的关键活性基团作为结构模板,利用绿色化学合成策略优化反应路径,显著提高了目标产物的纯度与产率。同时,采用体外细胞模型和动物实验评估了这些化合物的生物学活性及其安全性,结果表明所合成的化合物在低浓度下即可有效激活皮肤细胞的自我修复机制,并显著抑制氧化应激和炎症反应。此外,通过对化合物进行稳定性测试和配伍性分析,验证了其在不同化妆品配方体系中的适用性。本研究的创新点在于首次将特定功能性基团引入化妆品活性成分的设计中,并成功实现了规模化合成,为高性能化妆品的研发提供了新思路。研究成果不仅拓展了活性成分的应用范围,还为提升化妆品的功效性和安全性奠定了理论与实践基础。关键词:化妆品活性成分;抗氧化;抗炎;皮肤修复;绿色化学合成
Abstract
With the increasing demand for efficient and safe active ingredients in the cosmetics industry, the development of novel active substances with clear efficacy and stable performance has become a research hotspot. This study aimed at high-performance cosmetic actives and designed and synthesized a series of compounds with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and skin repair functions by integrating organic synthesis with biotechnology. Key active groups from natural plant extracts were selected as structural templates, and reaction pathways were optimized using green chemistry strategies, significantly enhancing the purity and yield of target products. The biological activities and safety of these compounds were evaluated through in vitro cell models and animal experiments, demonstrating that the synthesized compounds could effectively activate the self-repair mechanisms of skin cells at low concentrations while markedly inhibiting oxidative stress and inflammatory responses. Furthermore, stability tests and compatibility analyses confirmed their applicability in various cosmetic formulation systems. The innovation of this study lies in the first introduction of specific functional groups into the design of cosmetic active ingredients, achieving successful large-scale synthesis and providing new insights for the development of high-performance cosmetics.
