摘 要:随着教育改革的深入推进,因材施教的理念日益受到重视,分层教学作为一种有效的个性化教学策略,在提升学生学业成绩方面展现出巨大潜力。本研究以高中数学教学为切入点,探讨分层教学对学生学业成绩的影响,旨在揭示其在促进学生全面发展中的作用机制。研究选取某市三所高中的600名学生作为样本,通过问卷调查、课堂观察和学业测试等多维度数据收集方法,结合定量与定性分析手段,系统评估了分层教学的实施效果。研究发现,分层教学能够显著提高学生的数学成绩,尤其对中等及以下水平的学生具有更为明显的促进作用;同时,该模式有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,增强学习自信心,并改善课堂参与度。

Abstract: With the deepening of educational reform, the concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude has been paid more and more attention. As an effective and personalized teaching strategy, stratified teaching has shown great potential in improving students; academic performance. This study takes high school mathematics teaching as the starting point to explore the influence of stratified teaching on students ;academic performance, aiming to reveal its role mechanism in promoting students; comprehensive development. The study selected 600 students from three high schools in a city as a sample, and systematically evaluated the implementation effect of stratified teaching through multidimensional data collection methods such as questionnaire survey, classroom observation and academic test, combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. It is found that stratified teaching can significantly improve students ;math performance, especially for middle and below students, and this model helps to stimulate students; interest in learning, enhance learning confidence, and improve classroom participation.
