高校体育教育是进行终身体育教育的有效途径研究

摘  要:随着社会对健康意识的提升及终身体育理念的普及,高校体育教育作为培养终身体育习惯的关键阶段,其重要性日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨高校体育教育在推动终身体育教育中的作用与路径,通过问卷调查、深度访谈和数据分析等方法,对高校学生体育参与动机、行为习惯及其延续性进行系统研究。研究选取了全国范围内10所高校的3000名学生作为样本,分析其体育教育经历与终身体育意识形成之间的关联。结果显示,高校体育课程设置、师资力量以及校园体育文化对学生体育兴趣的培养和持续参与具有显著影响。创新点在于首次提出“高校体育生态模型”,将课程设计、环境营造与个体需求相结合,为优化高校体育教育提供了理论依据。研究表明,强化高校体育教育的针对性与实效性,能够有效促进学生形成终身体育意识与行为习惯,为我国体育教育改革提供重要参考。

Abstract:With the increasing awareness of health in society and the widespread promotion of lifelong sports concepts, higher education physical education has become a critical phase in cultivating lifelong sports habits, highlighting its growing importance. This study aims to explore the role and pathways of college physical education in promoting lifelong sports education. Through methods such as questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and data analysis, the study systematically investigates college students' motivations for sports participation, their behavioral habits, and the sustainability of these behaviors. A sample of 3,000 students from 10 universities across the country was selected to analyze the relationship between their experiences in physical education and the formation of lifelong sports awareness. The results indicate that the design of college physical education curricula, teaching staff capabilities, and campus sports culture significantly influence the cultivation of students' interest in sports and their continued participation. An innovation of this study is the first-time proposal of the "College Sports Ecology Model," which integrates curriculum design, environmental creation, and individual needs, providing a theoretical basis for optimizing college physical education. The research demonstrates that enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of college physical education can effectively promote the formation of lifelong sports awareness and behavioral habits among students, offering significant reference for the reform of physical education in China.
