摘 要:在通识教育理念日益普及的背景下,高校公共体育教育课程面临着从传统技能训练向全面素质教育转变的新要求。本研究旨在探讨通识教育理念下高校公共体育课程的优化路径,以提升学生的综合素养和终身体育意识。研究采用文献分析法、问卷调查法与案例研究法相结合的方式,对当前高校公共体育课程的实施现状进行深入剖析,并结合学生需求与教师反馈提出改进建议。结果显示,当前课程存在目标定位单一、教学内容陈旧及评价体系不完善等问题。为此,本研究创新性地提出了基于通识教育理念的“多元融合”课程设计框架,强调将健康知识、文化素养与运动技能有机结合,同时引入多元化评价机制以促进学生全面发展。研究的主要贡献在于明确了通识教育理念与公共体育课程的内在联系,为高校体育教育改革提供了理论支持与实践参考,有助于推动公共体育教育从单一技能培养向综合素质提升转型。

Abstract:In the context of the growing popularity of liberal education concepts, public physical education courses in higher education institutions are facing new requirements to shift from traditional skill training to comprehensive quality education. This study aims to explore the optimization paths of public physical education courses under the fr amework of liberal education to enhance students' overall quality and lifelong sports awareness. By employing a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, this research conducts an in-depth analysis of the current implementation status of public physical education courses in colleges and universities, while proposing improvement suggestions based on student needs and teacher feedback. The findings indicate that existing courses suffer from issues such as single-minded goal orientation, outdated teaching content, and an imperfect evaluation system. In response, this study innovatively proposes a "multi-dimensional integration" course design fr amework grounded in liberal education concepts, emphasizing the organic combination of health knowledge, cultural literacy, and sports skills, alongside the introduction of diversified assessment mechanisms to promote holistic student development. The primary contribution of this research lies in clarifying the intrinsic connection between liberal education concepts and public physical education courses, providing theoretical support and practical references for the reform of physical education in higher education institutions, thereby facilitating the transition of public physical education from single-skill cultivation to comprehensive quality enhancement.
