摘 要:在新时代背景下,思想政治教育与法治教育的深度融合成为提升公民综合素质、推进全面依法治国的重要课题。本研究基于当前社会发展的新要求,探讨了二者融合的必要性与可行性,旨在构建一种协同育人的新模式。通过文献分析、案例研究与实证调查相结合的方法,研究发现思想政治教育的价值引领功能与法治教育的规则意识培养能够相互促进,形成教育合力。研究创新性地提出了“价值—规则”双轨育人框架,并设计了具体的融合路径,包括课程体系优化、教学方法改革以及实践平台建设。研究表明,该模式显著提升了受教育者的道德认知与法律素养,实现了教育效果的最大化。本研究的主要贡献在于突破了传统教育分立的局限,为新时代育人目标的实现提供了理论支撑与实践指导,对推动思想政治教育与法治教育协同发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:In the context of the new era, the deep integration of ideological and political education with legal education has become a crucial topic for enhancing citizens' overall quality and promoting the comprehensive rule of law. Based on the new requirements of current social development, this study explores the necessity and feasibility of their integration, aiming to construct a new collaborative model for nurturing individuals. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and empirical surveys, the research reveals that the value-guiding function of ideological and political education and the rule-consciousness cultivation of legal education can mutually reinforce each other, forming an educational synergy. Innovatively, the study proposes a "value-rule" dual-track nurturing fr amework and designs specific integration pathways, including the optimization of curriculum systems, reform of teaching methods, and construction of practical platforms. The findings indicate that this model significantly improves the moral cognition and legal literacy of those being educated, achieving the maximization of educational outcomes. The primary contribution of this research lies in breaking through the limitations of traditional segregated education, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for realizing the educational goals of the new era, and playing a significant role in advancing the coordinated development of ideological and political education and legal education.
