福利经济学视角下的医疗资源分配与社会福利最大化 -经济学专业

摘要

医疗资源分配作为社会福利最大化的重要议题，其公平与效率的权衡在福利经济学框架下具有深远意义。本研究以福利经济学理论为基础，结合规范分析与实证研究方法，探讨医疗资源分配对社会福利的影响，并提出优化路径。研究通过构建多目标优化模型，综合考虑资源分配的公平性与效率性，利用某地区医疗数据进行模拟分析，揭示当前分配机制存在的不均衡问题及其对社会福利的制约。结果表明，通过调整资源配置比例、优化政策设计，可显著提升社会总福利水平，同时改善弱势群体的健康状况。本研究的创新点在于将福利经济学中的帕累托改进和社会选择理论应用于医疗资源分配领域，提出了兼顾公平与效率的动态优化策略。这一方法为政策制定者提供了科学依据，有助于实现医疗资源的合理配置与社会福利的最大化目标，为相关领域的理论发展和实践应用提供了重要参考价值。

Abstract

The allocation of medical resources, as a critical issue for maximizing social welfare, holds profound implications in the trade-off between equity and efficiency within the fr amework of welfare economics. Grounded in welfare economics theory, this study integrates normative analysis with empirical research methods to explore the impact of medical resource allocation on social welfare and proposes optimization pathways. By constructing a multi-ob jective optimization model that comprehensively considers both fairness and efficiency in resource distribution, the study conducts simulation analyses using medical data from a specific region, revealing existing imbalances in the current allocation mechanism and their constraints on social welfare. The results indicate that adjusting the proportion of resource allocation and optimizing policy design can significantly enhance overall social welfare while improving the health conditions of disadvantaged groups. The innovation of this study lies in applying Pareto improvement and social choice theory from welfare economics to the field of medical resource allocation, proposing a dynamic optimization strategy that balances equity and efficiency. This approach provides policymakers with a scientific basis, facilitating the rational allocation of medical resources and the maximization of social welfare, and offers significant reference value for theoretical development and practical application in related fields.
