绿色金融在促进可持续发展中的作用与机制分析 -经济学专业

摘要

随着全球环境问题日益严峻，可持续发展理念逐渐成为国际共识，绿色金融作为推动经济与环境协调发展的关键手段应运而生。本研究旨在探讨绿色金融在促进可持续发展中的作用机制，系统梳理了绿色金融的理论框架及其实践应用。研究发现，绿色金融不仅能够引导社会资本流向环保产业，还能通过创新金融工具和服务模式，有效降低绿色项目的融资成本，提高资源配置效率。特别地，本研究首次构建了涵盖政策支持、市场运作和社会参与三个维度的绿色金融综合评价体系，为评估绿色金融绩效提供了科学依据。实证结果显示，在绿色金融的支持下，企业环境表现显著改善，绿色技术创新能力增强，区域生态环境质量得到提升。研究表明，绿色金融是实现经济社会可持续发展的有效路径，其核心在于构建政府、金融机构和市场主体协同合作的长效机制，这为完善我国绿色金融体系提供了重要参考，也为全球可持续发展目标的实现贡献了中国智慧。

Abstract

With the increasingly severe global environmental problems, the concept of sustainable development has gradually become an international consensus, and green finance has emerged as a key means to promote the coordinated development of economy and environment. The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanism of green finance in promoting sustainable development, and systematically review the theoretical fr amework and practical application of green finance. The study found that green finance can not only guide social capital to the environmental protection industry, but also effectively reduce the financing cost of green projects and improve the efficiency of resource allocation through innovative financial tools and service models. In particular, this study constructs for the first time a comprehensive evaluation system of green finance covering three dimensions: policy support, market operation and social participation, providing a scientific basis for evaluating the performance of green finance. The empirical results show that with the support of green finance, the environmental performance of enterprises is significantly improved, the innovation ability of green technology is enhanced, and the quality of regional ecological environment is improved. Research shows that green finance is an effective path to achieve sustainable economic and social development, the core of which is to build a long-term mechanism of cooperation between the government, financial institutions and market players, which provides an important reference for improving China's green financial system, and also contributes Chinese wisdom to the realization of global sustainable development goals.
