摘 要
平台经济的迅猛发展深刻改变了传统市场结构和竞争模式,催生了新的垄断现象与监管挑战。本文聚焦平台经济中的市场垄断问题,旨在探讨其形成机制、影响效应及相应的竞争政策优化路径。研究基于产业组织理论框架,结合双边市场理论与网络效应分析,对国内主要互联网平台企业进行案例剖析。研究发现,平台企业的规模经济性和网络效应是形成市场支配地位的关键因素,而数据资源的独占性进一步强化了这种优势。通过对比不同类型的平台企业经营模式,揭示出“赢者通吃”现象背后的深层次原因。研究指出,现行反垄断法规在应对平台经济特性方面存在适用性不足的问题,建议从完善立法、创新执法手段、加强跨部门协作等维度构建适应平台经济特点的竞争政策体系。本文创新性地将网络效应纳入反垄断分析框架,并提出基于用户权益保护的竞争政策新思路,为我国平台经济健康发展提供了理论支持与实践指导。

Abstract
The rapid development of platform economy has profoundly changed the traditional market structure and competition mode, and spawned new monopoly phenomena and regulatory challenges. This paper focuses on the problem of market monopoly in the platform economy, aiming to explore its formation mechanism, influence effect and the corresponding competition policy optimization path. Based on the theoretical fr amework of industrial organization, combined with the two-sided market theory and network effect analysis, the study analyzes the cases of major domestic Internet platform enterprises. It is found that the economies of scale and network effects of platform enterprises are the key factors in the formation of market dominance, and the exclusivity of data resources further strengthens this advantage. By comparing different types of platform business models, the deep-seated reasons behind the phenomenon of "winner-takes-all" are revealed. The research points out that the existing anti-monopoly laws and regulations are not applicable enough to cope with the economic characteristics of the platform, and it is suggested to construct a competition policy system that adapates to the economic characteristics of the platform from the aspects of improving legislation, innovating law enforcement means and strengthening inter-departmental cooperation. This paper innovatively incorporates network effects into the fr amework of anti-monopoly analysis, and puts forward a new idea of competition policy based on user rights protection, which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the healthy development of platform economy in China.
