摘 要
在全球化经济背景下，供应链管理面临日益复杂的成本压力与效率挑战，本研究旨在探讨成本控制在现代供应链管理体系中的关键作用及其优化路径。通过对国内外32家制造型企业进行问卷调查和深度访谈，结合案例分析法，系统梳理了成本控制在供应链各环节的应用现状及存在的问题。研究发现，有效的成本控制不仅能够降低运营成本，更能通过信息共享、协同创新等机制提升整个供应链的响应速度与竞争力。本文创新性地提出了基于大数据分析的成本动态监控模型，该模型可实时跟踪供应链各节点的成本变化，为决策提供科学依据。此外，研究还构建了成本控制与绩效评估的联动机制，强调企业应从战略高度审视成本管理，将成本控制融入企业文化建设中，以实现可持续发展。研究结果表明，通过优化成本结构、强化风险管理、推动技术创新，可以显著提高供应链的整体效益，为企业创造更多价值。

Abstract
In the context of a globalized economy, supply chain management faces increasingly complex cost pressures and efficiency challenges. This study aims to explore the critical role of cost control in modern supply chain management systems and its optimization pathways. By conducting surveys and in-depth interviews with 32 manufacturing enterprises both domestically and internationally, combined with case analysis, this research systematically examines the current application status and existing issues of cost control across various stages of the supply chain. The findings reveal that effective cost control not only reduces operational costs but also enhances the entire supply chain's responsiveness and competitiveness through mechanisms such as information sharing and collaborative innovation. Innovatively, this paper proposes a dynamic cost monitoring model based on big data analysis, which can track cost changes at each node of the supply chain in real-time, providing a scientific basis for decision-making. Furthermore, the study constructs a linkage mechanism between cost control and performance evaluation, emphasizing that enterprises should review cost management from a strategic perspective and integrate cost control into corporate culture construction to achieve sustainable development. The results indicate that optimizing cost structure, strengthening risk management, and promoting technological innovation can significantly improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain, thereby creating more value for enterprises.

Abstract
