摘 要
随着教育理念的不断更新,小学班主任在班级管理中面临着新的挑战与机遇,良好的激励策略对促进学生全面发展具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨小学班主任班级管理中的激励策略,以期为提升班级管理水平提供理论支持与实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,结合实地调研、问卷调查和访谈法收集数据,选取了不同地区多所小学作为样本,深入分析班主任在班级管理过程中运用激励策略的现状、问题及成因。研究发现,当前小学班主任激励策略存在形式单一、缺乏个性化等问题,而有效的激励策略能够显著提高学生的学习积极性、自律性和团队协作能力。创新性地提出了基于多元智能理论的个性化激励模式,强调根据不同学生的特质制定针对性激励方案,并融入情感激励、目标激励等多种方式。

Research on incentive strategies in class management of homeroom teachers in primary schools

Abstract:With the continuous renewal of education concept, headteachers in primary schools are facing new challenges and opportunities in class management. Good incentive strategies are of great significance to promote the all-round development of students. The purpose of this study is to explore the incentive strategies in the class management of primary school homeroom teachers, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the level of class management. By combing relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with field investigation, questionnaire survey and interview methods to collect data, a number of primary schools in different regions were selected as samples to deeply analyze the status quo, problems and causes of the use of incentive strategies by head teachers in class management. It is found that the current primary school headteachers' motivation strategies have problems such as single form and lack of individuation, but effective incentive strategies can significantly improve students' learning enthusiasm, self-discipline and teamwork ability. This paper innovatively puts forward a personalized incentive model based on multiple intelligences theory, emphasizing the formulation of targeted incentive schemes according to the characteristics of different students, and integrating emotional incentive, goal incentive and other ways.
