摘 要
信息化环境下企业成本控制面临新的挑战与机遇，随着信息技术的迅猛发展，传统成本控制模式难以适应现代企业管理需求。本研究旨在探讨信息化环境下企业成本控制模式的创新路径，通过文献综述、案例分析和实证研究相结合的方法，深入剖析企业在信息化转型过程中成本控制的新特点和新要求。研究发现，基于大数据分析的成本预测模型能够显著提高成本控制的精准度；智能化管理系统实现了成本实时监控与动态调整；云平台技术促进了资源共享与协同管理。研究表明，构建以数据驱动为核心、智能技术为支撑、协同管理为导向的新型成本控制模式，不仅有助于降低企业运营成本，还能提升决策效率和市场响应速度，为企业在数字经济时代实现可持续发展提供了理论依据和实践指导，为现代企业成本管理模式创新提供了重要参考。

Abstract
In the context of informationization, enterprises face new challenges and opportunities in cost control. With the rapid development of information technology, traditional cost control models struggle to meet the demands of modern enterprise management. This study aims to explore innovative approaches to cost control in an informationized environment by integrating literature review, case analysis, and empirical research to thoroughly analyze the new characteristics and requirements of cost control during enterprises' information transformation. The findings indicate that cost prediction models based on big data analytics can significantly enhance the accuracy of cost control; intelligent management systems enable real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of costs; and cloud platform technologies promote resource sharing and collaborative management. The research demonstrates that establishing a new cost control model centered on data-driven approaches, supported by intelligent technologies, and oriented towards collaborative management not only helps reduce operational costs but also improves decision-making efficiency and market responsiveness, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for sustainable development in the digital economy era and offering significant references for innovation in modern enterprise cost management practices.
