  随着数字化技术的迅猛发展,传统口腔修复领域正经历深刻变革。本研究聚焦数字化口腔扫描技术在口腔修复中的应用,旨在探讨其对临床工作效率及治疗效果的影响。通过对国内外相关文献的系统回顾与分析,并结合实际临床案例研究,采用对比实验法,选取特定患者群体进行分组对照研究,分别使用传统印模技术和数字化扫描技术获取口腔数据。研究结果显示,数字化口腔扫描技术能够显著提高数据采集精度,缩短椅旁操作时间,减少患者不适感,同时提升修复体的适配度和美观性。该技术通过三维重建功能实现精准测量与模拟,为个性化治疗方案提供可靠依据。此外,数字化工作流程简化了医患沟通环节,增强了患者的理解和信任。本研究创新性地引入人工智能辅助诊断系统,实现了从数据采集到最终修复的全流程数字化管理,有效提高了临床决策效率。研究表明,数字化口腔扫描技术不仅革新了传统口腔修复流程,还为未来智能化医疗发展提供了新的思路和技术支持,具有重要的临床应用价值和广阔的发展前景。

Abstract

  With the rapid advancement of digital technologies, the field of traditional dental prosthetics is undergoing profound transformations. This study focuses on the application of digital oral scanning technology in dental restoration, aiming to investigate its impact on clinical work efficiency and treatment outcomes. Through a systematic review and analysis of relevant literature both domestically and internationally, combined with actual clinical case studies, a comparative experimental method was employed. Specific patient groups were selected for group-controlled studies, where oral data were obtained using both traditional impression techniques and digital scanning technology. The results indicate that digital oral scanning technology significantly enhances data acquisition accuracy, reduces chairside operation time, minimizes patient discomfort, and improves the fit and aesthetics of restorations. The technology achieves precise measurements and simulations through 3D reconstruction capabilities, providing a reliable basis for personalized treatment plans. Moreover, the digital workflow simplifies communication between clinicians and patients, enhancing patient understanding and trust. Innovatively, this study introduces an artificial intelligence-assisted diagnostic system, achieving comprehensive digital management from data acquisition to final restoration, effectively improving clinical decision-making efficiency. The research demonstrates that digital oral scanning technology not only revolutionizes traditional dental restoration processes but also offers new insights and technical support for the development of future intelligent healthcare, possessing significant clinical application value and broad prospects for development.
