摘 要
随着信息技术与制造业深度融合,智能制造成为推动产业升级的关键力量。本研究聚焦智能制造背景下企业生产管理面临的变革挑战,旨在探讨如何通过智能化转型提升企业竞争力。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合实地调研和案例分析,选取具有代表性的制造企业为样本,深入剖析其在智能工厂建设、生产流程优化、资源配置等方面的具体实践。研究发现,智能制造促使企业从传统生产管理模式向数据驱动型转变,实现了生产过程透明化、决策科学化和服务个性化。创新性地提出基于工业互联网平台的企业生产管理系统架构,强调跨部门协作与信息共享机制的重要性,并构建了评价指标体系以量化转型效果。研究表明,成功实施智能制造战略的企业能够显著提高生产效率、降低运营成本、增强市场响应速度,为同类企业提供可借鉴的经验模式,对推动我国制造业高质量发展具有重要现实意义。

Abstract
With the deep integration of information technology and manufacturing, smart manufacturing has become a critical force in driving industrial upgrading. This study focuses on the transformation challenges faced by enterprise production management in the context of smart manufacturing, aiming to explore how intelligent transformation can enhance corporate competitiveness. Through a systematic review of relevant domestic and international literature, combined with field research and case analysis, representative manufacturing enterprises were selected as samples to thoroughly analyze their specific practices in smart factory construction, production process optimization, and resource allocation. The findings indicate that smart manufacturing drives enterprises to shift from traditional production management models to data-driven ones, achieving transparency in production processes, scientific decision-making, and personalized services. Innovatively, this study proposes an enterprise production management system architecture based on the Industrial Internet Platform, emphasizing the importance of cross-departmental collaboration and information sharing mechanisms, and constructs an evaluation indicator system to quantify the effects of transformation. The research shows that enterprises successfully implementing smart manufacturing strategies can significantly improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance market response speed, providing replicable experience models for similar enterprises and contributing importantly to the high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry.
