摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,人工智能技术逐渐渗透到各个领域,人力资源管理作为企业管理的重要组成部分,也迎来了新的变革机遇。本研究旨在探讨人工智能在人力资源管理中的应用,以期提高人力资源管理效率和科学性。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理以及对多家企业的人力资源管理现状进行实地调研,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,分析了人工智能在招聘选拔、培训开发、绩效考核等环节的应用情况。研究发现,人工智能能够通过大数据分析精准匹配人才需求,在招聘环节有效降低人力成本并缩短招聘周期;利用智能算法为员工制定个性化培训方案,提升培训效果;借助数据挖掘技术实现客观公正的绩效评估。本研究创新性地构建了基于人工智能的人力资源管理框架模型,该模型整合了多种人工智能技术,为人力资源管理工作提供了系统化的解决方案,不仅有助于企业优化人力资源配置,还能推动人力资源管理模式向智能化转型,为企业战略目标的实现提供强有力的支持。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, artificial intelligence (AI) has gradually permeated various fields, and human resource management (HRM), as a crucial component of enterprise management, is also presented with new opportunities for transformation. This study aims to explore the application of AI in HRM to enhance its efficiency and scientific rigor. By reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and conducting field research on the current status of HRM in multiple enterprises, this study employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the application of AI in recruitment, selection, training and development, and performance appraisal. The findings indicate that AI can achieve precise talent matching through big data analysis, effectively reducing labor costs and shortening recruitment cycles in the recruitment process; it can utilize intelligent algorithms to develop personalized training programs for employees, thereby improving training outcomes; and it can leverage data mining techniques to achieve ob jective and fair performance evaluations. Innovatively, this study constructs an AI-based HRM fr amework model that integrates multiple AI technologies, providing a systematic solution for HRM work. This not only helps enterprises optimize human resource allocation but also promotes the transformation of HRM models towards intelligence, offering strong support for the realization of corporate strategic goals.
