  随着现代工业自动化水平的不断提高,机械电子工程领域对高效、精准的检测与识别技术需求日益增长,机器视觉技术凭借其非接触、高精度、适应性强等优势成为该领域的研究热点。本文旨在探讨机器视觉技术在机械电子工程中的应用,以期为相关研究和实际应用提供参考。通过对国内外大量文献资料的研究分析,并结合具体案例进行实验验证,结果表明机器视觉技术能够显著提高机械电子工程中产品质量检测、装配定位、故障诊断等环节的效率和准确性。创新性地将深度学习算法引入到传统机器视觉系统中,解决了复杂环境下目标识别率低的问题,实现了对多种类型零件的快速准确分类与识别。此外,还提出了一种基于机器视觉的自适应控制策略,可根据生产环境变化自动调整参数,进一步提升了系统的鲁棒性和灵活性。研究表明,机器视觉技术的应用不仅满足了机械电子工程对于智能化、自动化的要求,而且为推动整个行业向高端制造转型提供了强有力的技术支撑。

Abstract 
  With the continuous improvement of modern industrial automation, the demand for efficient and precise detection and recognition technologies in the field of mechatronic engineering is growing. Machine vision technology has become a research hotspot in this field due to its advantages of non-contact, high precision, and strong adaptability. This paper aims to explore the application of machine vision technology in mechatronic engineering to provide references for relevant research and practical applications. By conducting an in-depth analysis of a large number of domestic and international literature and combining it with specific case studies for experimental verification, the results show that machine vision technology can significantly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of product quality inspection, assembly positioning, and fault diagnosis in mechatronic engineering processes. Innovatively integrating deep learning algorithms into traditional machine vision systems addresses the issue of low target recognition rates in complex environments, achieving rapid and accurate classification and recognition of various types of components. Additionally, an adaptive control strategy based on machine vision is proposed, which can automatically adjust parameters according to changes in the production environment, further improving the robustness and flexibility of the system. The study indicates that the application of machine vision technology not only meets the requirements for intelligence and automation in mechatronic engineering but also provides strong technical support for promoting the transformation of the entire industry towards advanced manufacturing.
