  随着全球能源需求的持续增长和对环境保护要求的日益严格,能源装备制造业作为支撑能源产业发展的关键领域,面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。本文聚焦于能源装备制造业中的机械设计制造关键问题,旨在通过系统分析现有技术瓶颈,探索提升装备制造效率与质量的有效路径。研究基于理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,选取典型能源装备为研究对象,深入剖析其在设计、制造过程中的核心难题,包括复杂结构件的精密加工、高效传动系统的优化设计以及极端工况下的材料性能等。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理及企业调研数据的统计分析,揭示了当前行业存在的共性问题,并针对性地提出了基于数字化建模与仿真技术、智能检测与控制系统的解决方案。该研究不仅填补了国内在这一领域的部分空白,还为后续相关研究奠定了坚实基础,具有重要的理论价值和实际应用意义。

Abstract

  With the continuous growth of global energy demand and the increasingly stringent requirements for environmental protection, the energy equipment manufacturing industry, as a key area supporting the development of the energy industry, is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This paper focuses on the key issues of mechanical design and manufacturing in the energy equipment manufacturing industry, aiming to explore the effective path to improve the efficiency and quality of equipment manufacturing by systematically analyzing the existing technical bottlenecks. Based on the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, the research selects typical energy equipment as the research ob ject to deeply analyze the core problems in the design and manufacturing process, including the precision machining of complex structural parts, the optimal design of efficient transmission system and the material properties under extreme working conditions. Through the review of relevant literature at home and abroad and the statistical analysis of enterprise survey data, the common problems existing in the current industry are revealed, and the solutions based on digital modeling and simulation technology, intelligent detection and control system are put forward. This study not only fills some gaps in this field in China, but also lays a solid foundation for subsequent related research, which has important theoretical value and practical application significance.
