数字化战略对企业竞争优势的影响

  随着信息技术的迅猛发展,企业面临的市场环境日益复杂多变,数字化转型成为企业获取竞争优势的关键路径。本研究旨在探讨数字化战略对企业竞争优势的影响,基于资源基础观和动态能力理论,构建了包含数字化战略、组织创新能力和竞争优势的理论模型,并提出相关假设。采用问卷调查法收集来自不同行业的327家企业样本数据,运用结构方程模型进行数据分析。研究结果表明,数字化战略对企业的成本优势、差异化优势具有显著正向影响;组织创新能力在数字化战略与竞争优势之间起部分中介作用,即数字化战略通过提升组织创新能力间接促进竞争优势的形成。这一结论揭示了数字化战略不仅能够直接塑造企业竞争优势,还能借助组织创新能力发挥间接效应,为企业制定数字化转型策略提供了理论依据。本研究创新性地将组织创新能力纳入数字化战略与竞争优势关系的研究框架中,拓展了现有理论视角,为理解数字化时代企业竞争优势的来源提供了新思路,同时为企业管理者实施有效的数字化战略提供了实践指导。

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of information technology, enterprises are confronted with an increasingly complex and volatile market environment, making digital transformation a critical pathway for gaining competitive advantage. This study aims to investigate the impact of digital strategy on corporate competitive advantage by constructing a theoretical model that incorporates digital strategy, organizational innovation capability, and competitive advantage, based on the resource-based view and dynamic capabilities theory, and proposes relevant hypotheses. Data were collected from 327 enterprises across various industries using a questionnaire survey method, and structural equation modeling was employed for data analysis. The results indicate that digital strategy has a significantly positive effect on both cost advantage and differentiation advantage of enterprises; organizational innovation capability partially mediates the relationship between digital strategy and competitive advantage, meaning that digital strategy indirectly promotes the formation of competitive advantage through enhancing organizational innovation capability. This conclusion reveals that digital strategy not only directly shapes corporate competitive advantage but also exerts indirect effects via organizational innovation capability, providing a theoretical basis for enterprises to formulate digital transformation strategies. Innovatively incorporating organizational innovation capability into the research fr amework of the relationship between digital strategy and competitive advantage, this study extends existing theoretical perspectives, offering new insights into the sources of corporate competitive advantage in the digital age and practical guidance for managers to implement effective digital strategies.
