摘 要
张爱玲小说创作于20世纪三四十年代，彼时中国社会处于新旧文化交替、女性意识逐渐觉醒的转型期，其作品中蕴含着丰富的女性意识内涵。本研究旨在深入剖析张爱玲小说中的女性意识觉醒与挣扎现象，以《金锁记》《沉香屑·第一炉香》等经典作品为文本依托，运用女性主义批评理论与叙事学分析方法，从人物塑造、情节架构、语言表达等多方面展开探讨。研究发现，张爱玲笔下的女性形象大多具有复杂而矛盾的性格特征，在封建礼教束缚下渴望自由平等却又难以挣脱传统枷锁，她们在爱情、婚姻、家庭等方面展现出独特的价值取向与行为模式。这些女性角色一方面追求独立人格与自我实现，另一方面又深陷于现实困境之中无法自拔，呈现出明显的挣扎状态。此研究创新性地将女性意识放置于特定历史语境下考察，并结合作者独特的人生经历进行解读，不仅丰富了对张爱玲小说艺术特色的理解，也为现代女性文学研究提供了新的视角和思路，有助于更全面地认识当时女性群体的精神世界及其面临的挑战。

The Awakening and Struggle of Female Consciousness in Eileen Chang's Novels

Abstract
Zhang Ailing's fiction was created in the 1930s and 1940s when Chinese society was undergoing a transitional period marked by the alternation between old and new cultures and the gradual awakening of female consciousness, which endows her works with rich connotations of female awareness. This study aims to delve into the phenomena of the awakening and struggle of female consciousness in Zhang Ailing's novels, relying on classic works such as "The Golden Cangue" and "First Incense Burning of Resin", employing feminist criticism theory and narratology analysis methods to explore from multiple aspects including character portrayal, plot structure, and language ex pression. It is found that most of the female images under Zhang Ailing's pen possess complex and contradictory personality traits, longing for freedom and equality under the constraints of feudal rites but finding it hard to break free from traditional shackles. They exhibit unique value orientations and behavioral patterns in love, marriage, and family. On one hand, these female characters pursue independent personalities and self - actualization; on the other hand, they are deeply mired in realistic predicaments and cannot extricate themselves, showing an obvious state of struggling. This study innovatively examines female consciousness within a specific historical context and interprets it in combination with the author's unique life experiences, not only enriching the understanding of the artistic characteristics of Zhang Ailing's novels but also providing new perspectives and ideas for modern female literature research, contributing to a more comprehensive recognition of the spiritual world of women at that time and the challenges they faced.
