摘 要
家庭暴力是社会面临的严峻问题，严重影响家庭成员身心健康及社会稳定。本研究旨在探讨社会工作介入家庭暴力的有效策略及其效果。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理，结合我国实际情况，选取了具有代表性的多个遭受家庭暴力侵害的家庭作为研究对象，采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法，包括问卷调查、深度访谈和案例分析等手段获取详实数据。研究发现，社会工作者通过建立多部门协作机制、提供心理辅导和支持网络构建等多元化方式介入后，能够有效缓解受害者困境，在改善受暴者心理状态、提升其自我效能感方面成效显著，同时对施暴者行为也有一定矫正作用。创新之处在于强调了从生态系统理论视角出发，将家庭视为一个整体进行干预，并且重视社区资源动员和社会支持体系完善，为构建和谐家庭环境提供了新思路，也为相关政策制定者优化家庭暴力防治措施提供了科学依据。此外，本研究还揭示了社会工作在预防和应对家庭暴力事件中不可替代的重要价值，呼吁社会各界加大对该领域的关注力度与投入。

Abstract
Domestic violence poses a serious challenge to society, severely impacting the physical and mental health of family members as well as social stability. This study aims to explore effective strategies and their outcomes of social work intervention in cases of domestic violence. By systematically reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and considering the specific context of China, this research selected several representative families affected by domestic violence as subjects. A mixed-methods approach was employed, incorporating quantitative and qualitative methods such as surveys, in-depth interviews, and case analysis to collect comprehensive data. The findings indicate that social workers, through establishing multi-sector collaboration mechanisms, providing psychological counseling, and constructing support networks, can effectively alleviate the plight of victims. Significant improvements were observed in enhancing the psychological state and self-efficacy of survivors, while also exerting a corrective influence on perpetrators' behavior. An innovative aspect of this study lies in its emphasis on an ecological systems theory perspective, treating the family as an integrated unit for intervention, and highlighting the mobilization of community resources and the improvement of social support systems. This provides new insights into fostering harmonious family environments and offers scientific evidence for policymakers to optimize measures against domestic violence. Moreover, the study underscores the indispensable value of social work in preventing and responding to incidents of domestic violence, advocating for increased attention and investment from all sectors of society in this field.
