摘 要
在当今全球化与信息化快速发展的背景下,企业面临着日益激烈的竞争环境,知识管理成为提升企业创新能力的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨企业知识管理对创新能力的提升作用,基于资源基础理论和知识基础观,构建了包含知识获取、知识共享、知识应用三个维度的知识管理框架,并以创新能力为结果变量建立研究模型。通过问卷调查法收集了来自不同行业的305家企业的数据样本,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果显示,知识获取对企业创新能力有显著正向影响,知识共享在知识获取与创新能力之间起部分中介作用,知识应用则在知识共享与创新能力间发挥完全中介作用。本研究创新性地将知识管理过程细分为三个维度并验证其对创新能力的影响路径,为企业实施有效的知识管理策略提供了理论依据,有助于企业在复杂多变的市场环境中增强核心竞争力,实现可持续发展。此外,本研究还揭示了知识管理各维度之间的内在联系及其对企业创新能力提升的具体机制,丰富了相关领域的理论研究成果。

Abstract
In the context of rapid globalization and informatization, enterprises face increasingly intense competitive environments, making knowledge management a critical factor in enhancing corporate innovation capabilities. This study aims to investigate the role of enterprise knowledge management in boosting innovation capability. Based on the resource-based theory and knowledge-based view, a knowledge management fr amework comprising three dimensions—knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application—was constructed, with innovation capability as the outcome variable to establish the research model. Data from 305 enterprises across various industries were collected using a questionnaire survey method, and empirical analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that knowledge acquisition has a significantly positive impact on enterprise innovation capability, knowledge sharing partially mediates the relationship between knowledge acquisition and innovation capability, and knowledge application fully mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation capability. Innovatively, this study subdivides the knowledge management process into three dimensions and verifies their influence paths on innovation capability, providing theoretical support for enterprises to implement effective knowledge management strategies. This not only helps enterprises enhance their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development in a complex and volatile market environment but also reveals the intrinsic relationships among different dimensions of knowledge management and their specific mechanisms in improving enterprise innovation capability, thereby enriching the theoretical research findings in this field.
