摘  要:随着教育理念的不断更新,差异化教学成为提升小学数学教学质量的重要途径。本研究旨在探讨小学数学课堂中差异化教学策略的实施与效果评估,以期为优化教学提供理论依据和实践指导。通过对某地区多所小学进行为期一年的跟踪调查,采用问卷调查、课堂观察、教师访谈等方法收集数据,分析不同层次学生在差异化教学模式下的学习表现和发展情况。研究发现,差异化教学能够有效提高学生的学习兴趣和参与度,缩小班级内部成绩差距,促进全体学生共同发展。特别是针对学困生的个性化辅导和支持措施显示出显著成效。本研究创新性地构建了“分层-合作-评价”三位一体的教学模式,并开发了配套的教学资源库,为一线教师提供了可操作性强的教学范式。研究结果表明,差异化教学不仅有助于提升学生的学业成绩,更能培养其自主学习能力和创新思维,为推进素质教育改革提供了有益借鉴。

Abstract:With the continuous updating of educational philosophies, differentiated instruction has become an important approach to improving the quality of primary school mathematics education. This study aims to explore the implementation and effectiveness evaluation of differentiated teaching strategies in primary school mathematics classrooms, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for optimizing instruction. Data were collected through a one-year tracking survey involving multiple primary schools in a specific region, employing methods such as questionnaires, classroom observations, and teacher interviews. The analysis focused on the learning performance and development of students at different levels under the differentiated instruction model. Findings indicate that differentiated instruction effectively enhances students' interest in learning and participation, narrows the achievement gap within classes, and promotes the common development of all students. Particularly, personalized tutoring and support measures for underachieving students have shown significant effectiveness. Innovatively, this study constructs a three-dimensional teaching model integrating stratification, cooperation, and assessment, along with the development of a supporting teaching resource repository, offering a highly operational teaching paradigm for frontline educators. The results demonstrate that differentiated instruction not only improves students' academic performance but also cultivates their autonomous learning abilities and innovative thinking, providing valuable references for advancing quality-oriented education reform.
