基于股权激励的企业员工长期激励机制研究
摘 要
随着现代企业竞争日益激烈,如何有效激励员工成为企业管理的重要课题。基于此背景,本研究聚焦于股权激励对企业员工长期激励机制的影响,旨在探讨其在提升员工工作积极性、忠诚度及企业绩效方面的有效性。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合我国企业的实际情况,采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,选取了不同行业具有代表性的20家企业作为样本,收集并分析了2010 - 2022年的相关数据。研究发现,合理的股权激励方案能够显著增强员工的工作动力和归属感,有助于降低人才流失率,提高企业整体竞争力。特别是对于科技型企业和创新型公司,股权激励的效果更为明显。

Abstract
With the increasingly fierce competition in modern enterprises, how to effectively motivate employees has become an important topic of enterprise management. Based on this background, this study focuses on the impact of equity incentive on the long-term incentive mechanism of enterprise employees, and aims to explore its effectiveness in improving employees' work enthusiasm, loyalty and enterprise performance. Through the systematic combing of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises, using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, 20 representative enterprises in different industries were selected as samples, and the relevant data from 2010 to 2022 were collected and analyzed. The study finds that a reasonable equity incentive scheme can significantly enhance the work motivation and sense of belonging of employees, help to reduce the brain drain rate, and improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises. Especially for technology enterprises and innovative companies, the effect of equity incentive is more obvious.
