  随着信息技术的迅猛发展,大数据技术为旅游领域带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。本研究旨在探讨大数据技术在旅游领域的应用现状、潜力及创新模式,以期为旅游业的智能化转型提供理论支持和实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合案例分析法、实证研究法等多维度研究方法,深入剖析了大数据技术在旅游目的地管理、游客行为分析、精准营销以及旅游资源优化配置等方面的应用效果。研究表明,大数据技术能够显著提升旅游企业的决策效率和服务质量,实现个性化推荐和精准营销,有效改善游客体验。同时,基于大数据平台构建的智能旅游系统可实时监测景区客流量,预测旅游趋势,为管理部门提供科学依据。本研究创新性地提出了“数据驱动的智慧旅游生态系统”概念模型,强调跨部门数据共享与协同治理机制的重要性,为推动旅游产业转型升级提供了新思路。研究结果表明,大数据技术的应用不仅有助于提高旅游行业的运营效率,更能促进可持续发展目标的实现,为未来智慧旅游的发展奠定了坚实基础。

Abstract

  With the rapid development of information technology, big data technology has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the tourism sector. This study aims to explore the current application status, potential, and innovative models of big data technology in tourism, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the intelligent transformation of the tourism industry. By systematically reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and employing multi-dimensional research methods such as case analysis and empirical research, this study delves into the application effects of big data technology in destination management, tourist behavior analysis, precision marketing, and optimal allocation of tourism resources. The findings indicate that big data technology significantly enhances decision-making efficiency and service quality for tourism enterprises, enabling personalized recommendations and precise marketing, thereby effectively improving tourist experiences. Moreover, intelligent tourism systems built on big data platforms can monitor real-time visitor flows at scenic spots, predict tourism trends, and provide scientific evidence for management departments. Innovatively, this study proposes a conceptual model of a "data-driven smart tourism ecosystem," emphasizing the importance of cross-departmental data sharing and collaborative governance mechanisms, offering new perspectives for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. The results show that the application of big data technology not only improves operational efficiency in the tourism industry but also promotes the realization of sustainable development goals, laying a solid foundation for the future development of smart tourism.
