摘 要
随着工业4.0时代的到来,物联网技术作为实现智能制造的关键支撑,在工业自动化领域展现出巨大潜力。本文旨在探讨物联网技术在工业自动化中的应用现状、面临挑战及未来发展方向,通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,深入研究了物联网技术如何提升工业生产效率、优化资源配置并保障系统安全稳定运行。研究表明,基于物联网的智能感知网络能够实时采集生产设备状态信息,结合大数据分析和云计算平台,实现了对生产流程的精准控制与预测性维护,有效降低了设备故障率和停机时间。创新性地提出了“边缘计算+云平台”的混合架构模式,解决了传统集中式管理带来的数据延迟问题,提高了响应速度。同时,针对工业环境下的信息安全需求,构建了多层次的安全防护体系,确保数据传输与存储的安全性。研究结果表明,物联网技术的应用不仅提升了企业的生产管理水平,还为构建绿色、高效的智能工厂提供了可行路径,对于推动制造业转型升级具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the advent of Industry 4.0, Internet of Things (IoT) technology, as a critical enabler of smart manufacturing, has demonstrated significant potential in the field of industrial automation. This paper aims to investigate the current application status, challenges faced, and future development directions of IoT technology in industrial automation by integrating literature review with case analysis. The research delves into how IoT technology enhances industrial production efficiency, optimizes resource allocation, and ensures the safe and stable operation of systems. Findings indicate that intelligent sensing networks based on IoT can collect real-time status information from production equipment, leveraging big data analytics and cloud computing platforms to achieve precise control and predictive maintenance of production processes, effectively reducing equipment failure rates and downtime. An innovative hybrid architecture model combining edge computing with cloud platforms is proposed, addressing data latency issues associated with traditional centralized management and improving response times. Additionally, in response to information security requirements in industrial environments, a multi-layered security protection system has been constructed to ensure the safety of data transmission and storage. The results show that the application of IoT technology not only improves corporate production management levels but also provides a viable path for building green and efficient smart factories, which is of great significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.
