  随着全球能源需求的持续增长和环境问题的日益严峻,能耗管理成为实现可持续发展的关键环节。本研究旨在构建基于多目标优化的能耗管理模型,以解决传统能耗管理方法在能效提升与成本控制之间的矛盾。通过引入帕累托最优解概念,将能源消耗、经济成本及环境影响作为三个主要优化目标,建立了一个综合性的数学模型。采用遗传算法与粒子群优化算法相结合的方式求解该模型,并针对不同应用场景进行了仿真测试。结果表明,所提出的模型能够在保证系统稳定运行的前提下,有效降低能源消耗15% - 20%,减少运营成本10% - 15%,同时显著改善环境指标。与现有研究相比,本研究创新性地将多目标优化理论应用于实际能耗管理系统中,不仅实现了对单一目标优化方法的有效补充,还为决策者提供了更加全面、灵活的解决方案。此外,该模型具有良好的可扩展性和适应性,能够根据不同行业特点进行参数调整,为未来进一步研究奠定了坚实基础。

Abstract

  With the continuous growth of global energy demand and the increasing severity of environmental issues, energy consumption management has become a critical component in achieving sustainable development. This study aims to construct a multi-ob jective optimization-based energy consumption management model to address the contradiction between energy efficiency improvement and cost control in traditional energy management methods. By introducing the concept of Pareto optimality, this research establishes an integrated mathematical model with three primary optimization ob jectives: energy consumption, economic cost, and environmental impact. The model is solved using a combination of genetic algorithms and particle swarm optimization algorithms, and simulation tests are conducted for various application scenarios. The results demonstrate that the proposed model can effectively reduce energy consumption by 15% to 20% and operational costs by 10% to 15%, while significantly improving environmental metrics, all while ensuring stable system operation. Compared to existing studies, this research innovatively applies multi-ob jective optimization theory to practical energy consumption management systems, not only complementing single-ob jective optimization methods but also providing decision-makers with more comprehensive and flexible solutions. Additionally, the model exhibits good scalability and adaptability, allowing parameter adjustments according to the characteristics of different industries, thereby laying a solid foundation for future research.
