摘 要
教育法律政策中的性别平等问题与对策研究聚焦于我国教育领域内性别平等的现状、问题及应对策略。随着社会进步，性别平等成为衡量社会发展的重要指标，教育作为社会发展的基石，在促进性别平等方面具有不可替代的作用。本研究旨在深入剖析现行教育法律政策在保障性别平等方面的成效与不足，通过文献分析法、案例研究法和比较研究法，系统梳理国内外相关法律法规及政策文本，结合实际案例考察政策执行效果。研究发现，尽管我国已构建较为完善的教育法律政策体系，但在具体实施过程中仍存在性别刻板印象难以消除、女性接受高等教育机会相对受限以及特殊群体女童受教育权保障不充分等问题。基于此，提出创新性对策建议：一是完善立法，将性别平等理念贯穿于教育法律政策制定全过程；二是强化监督机制，确保政策有效落实；三是加强性别平等教育，从源头上改变观念。本研究不仅为优化我国教育法律政策提供理论依据，也为推动全球范围内教育领域性别平等贡献中国智慧。

Abstract
This study focuses on the current status, issues, and strategies concerning gender equality in China's education sector as reflected in educational legal policies. As society advances, gender equality has become a crucial indicator of social development, and education, being the cornerstone of societal progress, plays an irreplaceable role in promoting gender equality. The aim of this research is to thoroughly analyze the effectiveness and shortcomings of existing educational legal policies in ensuring gender equality. Through the methodologies of literature analysis, case studies, and comparative research, this study systematically reviews relevant laws, regulations, and policy texts both domestically and internationally, while examining the implementation effects of these policies through practical cases. It is found that although China has established a relatively comprehensive system of educational legal policies, challenges remain in practice, such as the persistence of gender stereotypes, relatively limited opportunities for women to receive higher education, and inadequate protection of the right to education for girls from special groups. Based on these findings, innovative countermeasures are proposed: first, to improve legislation by integrating the concept of gender equality throughout the entire process of formulating educational legal policies; second, to strengthen supervision mechanisms to ensure effective policy implementation; third, to enhance gender equality education to change perceptions at the source. This research not only provides theoretical support for optimizing China's educational legal policies but also contributes Chinese wisdom to promoting gender equality in education globally.
