摘 要
在全球经济一体化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下，企业面临着提高运营效率以增强竞争力的迫切需求，供应链协同管理作为一种有效的管理模式逐渐受到关注。本研究旨在探讨供应链协同管理对企业运营效率的影响，基于资源基础理论与交易成本理论，构建了包含信息共享、流程整合、关系协调三个维度的供应链协同管理评价体系，并选取我国制造业上市公司为样本，运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明，供应链协同管理对企业的运营效率具有显著正向影响，其中信息共享是关键驱动因素，能够有效降低企业内部及上下游之间的沟通成本；流程整合有助于优化资源配置，提升生产运作的流畅性；关系协调则增强了合作伙伴间的信任与合作意愿。此外，本研究还发现信息技术应用水平在供应链协同管理与企业运营效率之间起着重要的调节作用，高水平的信息技术应用可以强化供应链协同管理对企业运营效率的促进效果。

Abstract
Under the background of global economic integration and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are faced with the urgent need to improve operational efficiency to enhance their competitiveness, and supply chain collaborative management, as an effective management mode, has gradually attracted attention. This study aims to explore the influence of supply chain collaborative management on enterprise operation efficiency, based on resource theory and transaction cost theory, build the information sharing, process integration, relationship coordination three dimensions of supply chain collaborative management evaluation system, and select our manufacturing listed companies as a sample, using the structure equation model for empirical analysis. The research results show that the supply chain collaborative management has a significant positive impact on the operation efficiency of enterprises, among which information sharing is the key driving factor, which can effectively reduce the communication cost within the enterprise and between the upstream and downstream; the process integration helps to optimize the optimal allocation of resources and improve the fluency of production operation; and the relationship coordination enhances the trust and cooperation willingness among partners. In addition, this study also found that the application level of information technology plays an important role in regulating the relationship between supply chain collaborative management and enterprise operation efficiency. The high level of information technology application can strengthen the promotion effect of supply chain collaborative management on enterprise operation efficiency.

Abstract
