摘 要
社区发展作为提升居民生活质量、促进社会和谐的重要途径，面临诸多挑战，社会工作介入成为优化社区发展的关键力量。本研究聚焦于社区发展中的社会工作介入策略与效果评估，旨在探索有效的社会工作介入模式及其对社区发展的积极影响。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理，结合实地调研，选取具有代表性的社区案例，运用定性与定量相结合的研究方法，深入分析社会工作在社区组织建设、居民需求满足、资源链接整合等方面的介入策略。研究发现，专业化的社会工作团队能够精准识别社区问题，通过建立多元主体参与机制，开展针对性的服务项目，有效提升社区凝聚力和居民满意度。

Abstract
As an important way to improve the quality of residents' life and promote social harmony, community development faces many challenges, and the intervention of social work has become a key force to optimize community development. This study focuses on social work intervention strategies and effect assessment in community development, aiming to explore effective social work intervention models and their positive impact on community development. Through the systematic combing of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with field research, representative community cases are selected, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods are used, the intervention strategies of social work in community organization construction, residents' demand satisfaction, resource link integration and other aspects are deeply analyzed. The study found that a professional social work team can accurately identify community problems, and effectively establish a multi-subject participation mechanism to improve community cohesion and residents' satisfaction.
