摘 要
城市化进程加速背景下，社区融入成为影响新市民社会适应和城市社会稳定发展的重要议题。本研究聚焦城市化进程中社区融入问题，旨在探索有效的社会工作解决方案。通过文献综述、案例分析与实地调研相结合的方法，选取典型城市社区为样本，深入剖析社区融入面临的挑战，包括文化差异、社会支持网络薄弱、参与渠道缺乏等。研究发现，构建多层次社区服务体系是关键，创新性地提出“三社联动”模式，即社区、社会组织和社会工作者协同合作，形成资源整合与服务递送的闭环机制。该模式强调以需求为导向，通过建立居民参与平台、开展针对性培训项目、优化社区环境等方式，增强新市民归属感和认同感。研究结果表明，“三社联动”模式有效提升了社区融入水平，显著改善了新市民的社会适应状况。

Abstract
Under the background of accelerated urbanization, community integration has become an important issue affecting the adaptation of new citizens and the stable development of urban society. This study focuses on the problem of community integration in urbanization and aims to explore effective social work solutions. Through the combination of literature review, case analysis and field research, typical urban communities were selected as samples to deeply analyze the challenges facing community integration, including cultural differences, weak social support network, and lack of participation channels. Research found that the construction of multi-level community service system is the key, and innovatively proposed the "linkage of three societies" mode, that is, communities, social organizations and social workers cooperate to form a closed-loop mechanism of resource integration and service delivery. This model emphasizes demand-oriented, and enhances the sense of belonging and identity of new citizens by establishing the platform of residents' participation, carrying out targeted training programs, and optimizing the community environment. The results show that the mode of "three associations" has effectively improved the level of community integration and significantly improved the social adaptation of new citizens.
