跨国公司的本土化战略研究

摘    要

  随着全球化进程的加速,跨国公司在不同国家和地区开展业务时面临诸多挑战,本土化战略成为其成功的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨跨国公司实施本土化战略的动因、路径及效果,通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,选取具有代表性的跨国企业为样本,深入剖析其在人力资源管理、市场营销、产品研发等方面的本土化举措。研究发现,跨国公司通过调整组织架构以适应当地市场环境,积极招聘本地人才并融入当地文化,根据目标市场的消费需求特点定制产品和服务,从而有效提升竞争力。创新之处在于构建了本土化战略评价指标体系,从适应性、融合度、创新性三个维度进行量化评估,并提出基于动态能力理论的本土化战略优化模型,为跨国公司在异质性市场环境中制定科学合理的本土化策略提供了理论依据和实践指导,丰富了国际企业管理领域的相关理论研究成果,对促进跨国公司可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
  As the process of globalization accelerates, multinational corporations (MNCs) face numerous challenges when conducting business across different countries and regions, making localization strategies a critical factor for their success. This study aims to explore the motivations, pathways, and outcomes of localization strategies implemented by MNCs. By integrating literature review with case analysis, this research selects representative multinational enterprises as samples to conduct an in-depth analysis of their localization initiatives in human resource management, marketing, and product development. The findings indicate that MNCs enhance competitiveness by adjusting organizational structures to adapt to local market environments, actively recruiting local talent and integrating into local cultures, and customizing products and services according to the consumption characteristics of target markets. An innovative contribution of this study is the construction of a localization strategy evaluation index system, which quantitatively assesses localization efforts from three dimensions: adaptability, integration level, and innovativeness. Furthermore, a localization strategy optimization model based on dynamic capability theory is proposed, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for MNCs to formulate scientific and reasonable localization strategies in heterogeneous market environments. This enriches the theoretical research outcomes in the field of international business management and holds significant importance for promoting the sustainable development of multinational corporations.
