摘 要
社区文化建设是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分，随着我国城市化进程的加快和社会结构的转型，社区作为居民生活的基本单元，在文化传承与创新方面发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨社会工作在社区文化建设中的角色与功能，通过文献分析、案例研究和实地调研相结合的方法，系统梳理了社会工作者在组织文化活动、促进居民参与、培育社区精神等方面的具体实践。研究发现，社会工作者不仅能够有效整合社区内外资源，还能通过专业方法提升居民的文化认同感和归属感，特别是在弱势群体关怀、跨文化交流等领域展现出独特优势。本研究创新性地提出了“文化社工”这一概念，强调社会工作者应具备文化敏感性和专业素养，以适应多元文化背景下的社区需求。

Abstract
Community culture construction is an important part of the construction of a harmonious society. With the acceleration of urbanization process and the transformation of social structure, community, as the basic unit of residents' life, plays an irreplaceable role in cultural inheritance and innovation. This study aims to explore the role and function of social work in community cultural construction, and through the combination of literature analysis, case study and field research, we systematically combed the specific practices of social workers in organizing cultural activities, promoting residents' participation, and cultivating community spirit. The study found that social workers can not only effectively integrate resources inside and outside the community, but also enhance residents' cultural identity and sense of belonging of residents through professional methods, especially in the care of vulnerable groups and cross-cultural communication. This study innovatively proposed the concept of "cultural social worker", emphasizing that social workers should be culturally sensitive and professional to meet the community needs in a multicultural context.
